I'M HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING CLASSES

Look for the 'Login' at the top right-hand corner or the circle Avatar next to it. Click either one to login and search classes. If things still don't look right, click the Avatar, click Logout and log back in.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, click here and click "Remove Card", then simply follow the prompts.

HOW DO I JOIN THE MOVE WITH CASSY COMMUNITY?
Join the MoveWithCassy Community on Facebook and Instagram to find friends, advice, inspiration, information and motivation. You'll find a very supportive group of people, including Cassy who is very active in the group! We hope you join us!

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR A FREE TRIAL?
A credit card is required to activate your free trial. Rest assured, you will not be charged during the initial trial period, and you may cancel your membership during that time without risk of being charged. If you do not cancel your membership within 48 hours before the end of your trial period, your credit card will be automatically charged based on the plan you selected.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Please email Cassy@MovewithCassy.com to change your subscription. Make sure to include the email address tied to your subscription account and we'll be sure to assist you right away.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION? 

  • Click your Avatar in the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown
  • Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
We currently have two subscription options:
- A monthly subscription is $14.99 a month that automatically renews every month
- A yearly subscription is $149.99 a year - a 16% savings - that automatically renews every year

All subscription options come with a 7 day free trial and access to all Move with Cassy classes and movement tutorials no matter which subscription option you choose.

Refunds and Cancellations
Please note, in regards to cancellations there are no refunds. To avoid being charged after starting a trial, per our user terms of use, you must cancel the trial before expiration. To cancel a trial or subscription please follow the instructions here. Thank you.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription to MoveWithCassy.com anytime before your next billing date, meaning you turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription whenever you'd like. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after that. If you do not cancel more than 48 hours before your next billing date, your subscription will be automatically renewed using the credit card information that is on file for your account. When you cancel, you will continue having access to your subscription through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Please note we do not issue refunds for cancellations that are requested after you have been charged.
